Q: How much is delivery?
A: We charge a flat rate of ¥400 for delivery across Japan. Orders over ¥4000 ship for free!
Q: Do you ship outside Japan?
A: Not at the moment, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for international delivery options.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track it.
Q: What if my SweetSip jar arrives damaged?
A: Oh no! Please contact us within 3 days with a photo of the issue. We’ll fix it with a replacement or refund — your happiness matters!
Q: Can I customize or modify my SweetSip jar?
A: Not at the moment ... but customization is coming soon! You’ll soon be able to add your personal touch or create a heartfelt gift for your loved ones, perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or just because. Stay tuned for launch updates!
Q: Does the flavor name mean the products are matcha/strawberry/etc.? Not exactly! The flavor names (like Glow-Up Matcha or Strawberry Self-Love) are sweet themes to match the vibe, color, and mood of the jar—not necessarily the scent or product flavor.
That said, we do often include a tea or coffee sachet that matches the flavor name—for example, Matcha Latte or Strawberry Tea—as a cozy touch.
But the skincare or self-care items may vary and are lovingly curated to suit the overall theme.
