Delivery within Japan

We currently ship all SweetSip jars across Japan.
    •    Processing Time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed
    •    Shipping Time: 2–5 business days depending on your location
    •     Flat shipping ¥400 /  Free shipping on orders over ¥4000
    •    Delivery Method: Yamato / Japan Post / Kuroneko (depending on area)
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Refunds

Since SweetSip jars are handmade and curated with care, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if:
    •    Your item arrives damaged, or
    •    You receive the wrong product,

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we’ll either resend or refund you.

Our goal is to make every sip sweet — so we promise to make things right if anything goes wrong.

日本国内配送について

現在、SweetSipの全てのジャーを日本全国に発送しています。
    •    発送準備期間：ご注文後1～3営業日以内
    •    配送期間：お住まいの地域により2～5営業日
    •    送料：一律400円（税込）／4000円以上のご注文で送料無料
    •    配送方法：ヤマト運輸・日本郵便・クロネコ（地域によって異なります）

商品が発送され次第、追跡番号をメールでお知らせいたします。

返品・返金について

SweetSipのジャーはすべて手作りで丁寧にお作りしているため、お客様都合での返品はお受けしておりません。
ただし、以下の場合は対応いたします：
    •    商品が破損した状態で届いた場合
    •    間違った商品が届いた場合

商品到着後3日以内にご連絡の上、商品の写真を添付してください。
確認後、再発送または返金にて対応いたします。

私たちは「すべての一口を甘く」することを目指しています。
万が一トラブルがあった際は、誠意をもって対応させていただきます。
